A fresh look at a community to help another community builder from another community strategist’s perspective.

The challenge with H.E.N. was
1) Members were not engaging with each other and sharing their success stories by being grateful.

2) Comprehending the Growth & Structure of the Community.

3) Getting a fresh perspective on how another person comprehends the work done in the community.

How we did it…

Through the Community Canvas Model:
The Community Canvas Model is very brief, intense, & intimidating to be done alone.

We (Ruche & I), went through the entire process of Community Canvas to comprehend what is going on in the community, find out fresh perspectives, & then with the brainstorming and inputs share the future course of action.

Result:
Addressing the challenge & what is being done to solve the challenge of the community members. Then building that habit to solve the problem.

Habit-building Activity repeated consistently over time becomes a Ritual.

Rituals repeated over time set the culture & vibe of the community. This vibe propagates across bringing the tribe together.

Habit-Activity-Ritual-Culture is the system and successfully implementing the system is the game.

Actions multiplied over time become Ritual.
Ritual sets the Behaviour.
Consistent Behaviour sets the culture.
Culture Builds the Difference.


Members were not engaging, so the rituals were adhered to to encourage & reward the right behaviour setting the culture in place.

The process of building the culture in the community is successful.

By setting the culture, members started interacting more with each other and voluntarily came forward to share their success stories and be grateful to the community.
